Shipping & Returns
For all Canadian and U.S. orders placed through gregoryallencompany.com, applicable shipping charges will apply. Shipping charges are based on postal and zip codes.
For International orders, shipping charges will vary accordingly.
No custom charges will apply to U.S. orders under $199.00.
We DO NOT ship to rural route areas or anywhere the courier companies do not deliver to.
Time of Delivery
Time of delivery will vary depending on the area you reside within. For delivery, please allow:
– 1-2 weeks for Canadian orders
– 2-3 weeks for U.S. orders
– 3-4 weeks for International orders
We provide our customers with a personalized experience through our bespoke program, allowing customers to select their own fabrics, tailor fittings and share in the design process. Your order may take a little bit longer than ready to wear items. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks for Canadian orders. For U.S. orders 2-4 weeks and International orders, please allow for 3-5 weeks.
We may use a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. (See “Terms and Conditions”)
For deliveries outside Canada or the US, local authorities may charge import duty, which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.
Returns and Exchanges
We believe in making sure our customers have the best online shopping experience, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to the Gregory Allen Company for an exchange or for a full refund. Please ensure the item is in the condition supplied, with the tags attached. Please contact us at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a return or exchange form.
Please return the item to the address below obtaining a tracking number and we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please note returned packages remain your responsibility until we receive it at the Gregory Allen Company; please remember to always retain proof of postage.
The Gregory Allen Company will not be responsible for any returned packages which are lost or stolen

For items purchased through the Big It Up store, you may return the item to the Big It Up Yorkdale store location.
We expect to process your returns as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be place on your card. For International orders, please allow an additional 5 days.
For bespoke orders, returns items will be accepted based on manufacturer defects only.
The Gregory Allen Company offers a 45 day return policy. Please note, when returning or exchanging items they must be returned in the original condition, packaging and receipt attached.
Manufacturer Defective Items
The Gregory Allen Company offers only the best quality products to their customers. We fully stand behind our products.
Customers will be responsible for arranging for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item at the Gregory Allen Company, we will reimburse the customer’s shipping costs.

Note: that items can only be exchanged for a different colour; in the event you wish to choose a different garment please proceed to return the original item and place an order for the new one.
If you require an exchange, we will ship your new merchandise when we receive your return and we have had a chance to inspect it (usually within 72 hours). If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. This applies to ready to wear items only.
In the event that you wish to make an exchange, please do so as soon as possible as quantities of items may be limited. Should the item not be available, your original method of payment will be refunded.
